14DS Aluminium fine wire drawing machine is used to drawing aluminium wire from 1.6mm to 0.6mm.

The machine should be installed in the flat clean, well-ventilated ground, shock-absorbing rubber block on the base of the machine, placed by horizontal correction.

Use the foundation screws to fix the four sides of the machine on the ground to ensure that the machine is in operation, no vibrate.

Electrical control box RST terminal for the external power cord, ground wire terminal must be grounded.

IV. Lubrication

4-1. Ensure that the lubrication oil temperature control in the range of 40 -50 ℃ or lower.
