IV. Operating order

(1) Opening the unfused switch,the fan start working.

(2) Power switch “ON”,next step is pointing wire through foot switch.

(3) Opening the lubrication liquid switch after part of the wrie went through the dies, let the lubrication liquid spray on the capstans and dies evenly.

(4) The copper wires pass through the pilot round, distribute round, tension lever, arrange round, finally wind on the wind drum, close the stainless steel fold board, and switch on the oil valve for drawing.

(5) Base on the line diameter set up the stretch speed and measure length→reset measure meter→adjust the buffer lever to horizontal position, press the start button, start normal operation

(6) Adjust the width of winding displacement, check again if the oil valve is opened and the oil sprays the drawing area.

(7) The machine will stop atuomactically if wire breaks.The brake light will become red Then repeating above sequence to resume operation.

(8) When the wind bobbin is full, the machine will auto brake, unload the full bobbin and change to another bobbin, wind up then restart the machine.

(9) In case emergency, press the red “emergency stop” button to stop the machine.

(10) Stopping the machine

a. Keep the lubricating oil flow while stop the machine.

b. the wire won’t break if press the stop button of the machine,and the the machine will stops in 30 seconds.

c. Press the start button the machine will restart again.

(11) Attention: If the wire breaks and restart the machine with unchanged bobbin,pls don’t press”meters reset” button. otherwise the machine wouldn't auto stop when the bobbin is full.
