HXE-400/13DL Aluminium rod breakdown machine is used to draw single bare aluminium wire from 9.5mm to 1.7mm-4.2mm.The drawing capstans are arranged in a line that are able to work continuously with drawing speed and electrical control can be matched with each other.

4-1. Preparation before running

Check all the lubrication parts of the transmission parts.

Check Wire-break Auto stop device, Safety doors.

Check coolant water, Lubrication oil, Steam, Compressed air.

After checking, jogging machine as lower than 5m/s, check all parts again.

4-2. Operation

Connect power.

Prepare the drawing dies.

Prepare the wire pointing and threading.

According to the die list, place the wires on the capstan, wire goes through each layer 2-3 times.

Put wire through the fix speed capstan then through the annealer machine

Annealer machine wire path, please check the Wire path drawing on the machine.

Then put wire through the Wire passing wheels, Tension device, Spooler machine.

After the wire path, close Safety door, adjust Drawing lubrication oil, Coolant water, Steam, Compressed air.

4-3. Maintenance

Lubricate all the parts, make sure all the wheels and capstans run flexible.

After working 1000hours, clean all the bearing and change new lubrication oil.

Annealing contact rings are consuming parts, after using for certain time, when annealing, will have sparks, which means you need change new rings.

There are carbon brushes on the back side of the annealer machine, need change accordingly.

Under these situation mentioned, the Seller will not take responsibility, but if the Buyer agree, will charge fees accordingly to repair the machine.

2. Due to Buyer`s wrong preparation that may cause damage to the machine.

4. Not in the consuming part list.

5. After agreement are made for the shipping, for any damage, Buyer should inform Seller in letter form to repair in seven days, If beyond the dare, Seller shall take no responsibility.

6. For any other failures due to acts of God (such as lightning, typhoon, earthquake, riots, war, fire or flood) and other factors that will cause damage, Seller shall take no responsibility.

7. Seller guarantee provide long term support regarding the parts and teach. After warranty, will charge accordingly.
