I. Application

HXE-450/13DL Big Copper wire drawing machine is used to draw single bare copper wire from 8mm to 1.2mm-4.5mm.The drawing capstans are arranged in a line that are able to work continuously with drawing speed and electrical control can be matched with each other.

Warranty: after shipping, machine part one year, electrical parts six months
Under these situation mentioned, the Seller will not take responsibility, but if the Buyer agree, will charge fees accordingly to repair the machine.
A. Due to wrong operation while shipping.
B. Due to Buyer`s wrong preparation that may cause damage to the machine.
C. Due to Buyer`s wrong operation that may cause damage to the machine.
D. Not in the consuming part list.
E. After agreement are made for the shipping, for any damage, Buyer should inform Seller in letter form to repair in seven days, If beyond the dare, Seller shall take no responsibility.
F. For any other failures due to acts of God (such as lightning, typhoon, earthquake, riots, war, fire or flood) and other factors that will cause damage, Seller shall take no responsibility.
G. Seller guarantee provide long term support regarding the parts and teach. After warranty, will charge accordingly.

V. Operating procedures

5-1. Open power switch

5-2. According to the wire diameter, choose the dies (Check the die list).

5-3. Use pliers to break the wire to get a smaller section.

5-4. Use pliers to make the wire through the dies, then pull the wire out (Use foot switch to make the machine running in a low speed to make the wire move).

5-5. Wire direction, please check the Drawing for Wire path.

5-6. After make the wire through all the parts, close the annealing door and the spooling door, make the tension swing arm in the lowest position. and in running, the balance arm should be in the horizontal line. No big shake, no up and down frequently.

5-7. Open the Annealing switch, open the Pump, open and adjust the Drawing lubrication oil, Cooling water, Steam, Compressed air.

5-8. Set the length meters, then press the Start button to start the machine.
