HXE-450/13DL Copper rod breakdown machine

I. Application

HXE-450/13DL Copper rod breakdown machine is used to draw single bare copper wire from 8mm to 1.2mm-4.5mm.The drawing capstans are arranged in a line that are able to work continuously with drawing speed and electrical control can be matched with each other.

7.Attention

7-1.If wire breaks, will stop automatically, and the Fault Indicator light will open.

After connect the wire, press the Fault Reset button(Yellow button) and the On button (Green button), to run the machine again.

7-2.Press Emergency Stop button(Red button) to shut down the machine immediately.

After solve, press the button again to run the machine.

7-3.After set the Length-counter, the machine will stop automatically when reach the length set.

After change the Spool, please press the Length Reset button(Yellow button) and the Spool Reset button(Yellow button) to run the machine again.

7-4.After the machine stop(no running at all), then switch the Pump switch to stop the lubrication.

7-5.Do not touch the wire in the Annealing section.

7-6.After shut down the machine, need at least 30 seconds to restart the machine.

7-7.Wire often breaks, adjust the speed, balance arm, check the dies are clean or not.

7-8.If has scratch on the surface of the wire, check the capstans on the Take-up part. Check the drawing capstans.

8.Machine maintenance and precautions

1.Make sure the machine and the capstans clean, no scrap, no break wire.

2.Make sure the Take-up part clean.

3.Electrical cabinet should be closed.

4.Change belts if worn out.

5.Only qualified electrical technician can repair the electrical part.

6.Never change the Inverter parameter.

7.If something wrong with the machine that can`t solve, please contact the supplier first.

Do not open the machine without consulting to the supplier.

8.Put lubrication oil to the parts regularly, to make sure all parts running fluently. After running 1000 hours, clean all the bearings.

9.Annealed nickel belt and Annealing carbon brush are consuming parts. If spark happens a lot on the annealing capstans, then should change the nickel belt. If the carbon is going to run out, then need to change a new set.
