For any other failures due to acts of God (such as lightning, typhoon, earthquake, riots, war, fire or flood) and other factors that will cause damage, Seller shall take no responsibility.

V. Common trouble solve method

1. After shut down the machine, need at least 30 seconds to restart the machine.

2. Wire often breaks, adjust the speed, balance arm, check the dies are clean or not.

Before open the machine, make the balance arm at the lowest position, and in running, the balance arm should be in the horizontal line. No big shake, no up and down frequently.

3. If the wire sticks to the capstan, use Alcohol to clean the capstans.

4. Pay-off shelf doesn`t work well, change the position of the pay-off.

5. Has nick on the wire, check the capstans on the Take-up part.

Check the drawing capstans.

VI. Installation

The machine should be installed in the flat clean, well-ventilated ground, shock-absorbing rubber block on the base of the machine, placed by horizontal correction.

Use the foundation screws to fix the four sides of the machine on the ground to ensure that the machine is in operation, no vibrate.

Electrical control box RST terminal for the external power cord, ground wire terminal must be grounded.
