Continuously Intermediate copper wire annealing machine is used to annealing copper wire from 0.4mm to 1.2mm.

II. Shipping & Installation

2-1. Shipping

There are two lifting rings on the drawing machine, four on then annealing machine.

2-2. Installation (See attached drawing)

According to the drawing, make the foundation.

When machine is in position, install bolts and adjust the center line.

When concrete is drying, adjust center line again and fix the bolts.

2-3. Adjust

Before adjusting, check and clean all parts.

4-1. When installation, make connect the ground wire.

4-2. When working, do not open the doors.

4-3. Do not touch the wire when annealing.

Our company for all machine product, since the shipment date, our company free after sale maintenance service guarantee period is:
(1) 1 year for mechanical part.
(2) 6 month for electrical part.

Under these situation mentioned, the Seller will not take responsibility, but if the Buyer agree, will charge fees accordingly to repair the machine.
1. Due to wrong operation while shipping.
2. Due to Buyer`s wrong preparation that may cause damage to the machine.
3. Due to Buyer`s wrong operation that may cause damage to the machine.
4. Not in the consuming part list.
5. After agreement are made for the shipping, for any damage, Buyer should inform Seller in letter form to repair in seven days, If beyond the dare, Seller shall take no responsibility.
6. For any other failures due to acts of God (such as lightning, typhoon, earthquake, riots, war, fire or flood) and other factors that will cause damage, Seller shall take no responsibility.
7. Seller guarantee provide long term support regarding the parts and teach. After warranty, will charge accordingly.
