HXE-WF 800 Coiler for rod breakdown machine
I. Application
WF800 coiler for rod breakdown machine is used to take up wire from
1.2mm to 3.0mm.
II. Main technical parameter
1. Applicable diameter 1.2mm-3.0mm
2. Motor AC 22kw, Speed 1500m/min, adjustable
3. Coiler basket size 800mm
4. Small electric cabinet, 1 set, to connect with the drawing
machine control system
5. Tension device required, if your drawing machine has Tension
device, then no need.
6. Traverse motor AC 1.5kw
7. Speed reduction motor 90w
8. Speed control by Inverter 22kw
9. Air compressor shall be needed during work
10. Basket changing system is equipped
11. Basket block device is equipped
11. All ladders and blockers (Yellow parts) (Screws to fix) will be
removed before shipping
12. The machine is a whole piece to achieve running in high speed
without shake
13. Needs connection wires from the Coiler to the drawing machine
control system
III. Preparation before working
3-1. Check all parts lubrication conditions,
3-2. Check drawing lubrication oil, cooling water, steam, air
pressure.
3-3. After checking, connect to power, according to the Electrical
drawing, use foot switch, to make the machine operating in low
speed (under 4m/s), if no Abnormal, then can begin to work.
IV. Operating procedures
4-1. Open power switch
4-2. According to the wire diameter, choose the dies (Check the die
list).
4-3. Use pliers to break the wire to get a smaller section.
4-4. Use pliers to make the wire through the dies, then pull the
wire out (Use foot switch to make the machine running in a low
speed to make the wire move).
4-5. Wire direction, please check the Drawing for Wire path.
4-6. After make the wire through all the parts, close the annealing
door and the spooling door, make the tension swing arm in the
lowest position. and in running, the balance arm should be in the
horizontal line. No big shake, no up and down frequently.
4-7. Open the Annealing switch, open the Pump, open and adjust the
Drawing lubrication oil, Cooling water, Steam, Compressed air.
4-8. Set the length meters, then press the Start button to start
the machine.
